  • How do I clean the product?

    The marble casings are protected with a sealant to help protect against surface stains and everyday wear. To keep it looking its best, only wipe it down with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals, cleaners, and anything abrasive — this may break down the sealant over time.

    If you spill something, we recommend cleaning it promptly, especially if it's acidic (like citrus or coffee). Marble is a natural material, so it can stain if left sitting for too long.

  • Durability

    Marble is strong, but it’s still stone. It can chip or crack if dropped or knocked against hard surfaces. These casings are designed to withstand everyday use, but they’re prone to damage if handled improperly.

    We recommend handling these keyboards with care, just as you would any premium device. With normal use on a desk, your marble keyboard will retain its appearance and structural integrity for many years.
